Should face coverings be compulsory - or abolished?

To wear or not to wear ?

Wearing face coverings is something that is dividing the nation. Is it an imposition on a persons rights that makes hardly any difference. A personal choice where people can choose to wear one if they want - or not? Or is it a simple inconvenience that helps to keep the hospital numbers down and a basic courtesy to others - a little like passive smoking?
